Phil leads both his own client projects and the studio’s production, bringing Rebecca Marie’s more ambitious concepts into reality with precision and ease.
With a background in construction, he oversees the technical execution of each event, from bespoke builds to complex installations, ensuring every detail is delivered seamlessly. Known for his calm approach and instinctive problem solving, he brings clarity and control to even the most intricate setups.

Tyra leads the US studio, overseeing both design and client experience with precision and ease.
With a background in design and client management, she brings a deep understanding of both aesthetic direction and service, ensuring each wedding feels thoughtfully curated and seamlessly delivered. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and clear, consistent communication, she plays a key role in shaping a calm and considered experience throughout.
